2009 Adult Halloween Costume Lineup

According to a survey released by the National Retail Federation, there are some surprises this year in the 2009 Adult Halloween Costume Lineup. First, nurse and politician costumes have dropped in popularity.

Thanks to popular books, movies and television series, vampire costumes (one of my favorites) jumped to the number two spot from third last year. To my surprise, the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, didn’t make the list. Nonetheless, the contenders are well-rounded, unsurprisingly traditional and sure to spur some wicked fun.
